These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the IPF website (www.iqumulate.com), any other web domains owned by IPF and any linked pages (“External Sites”). By submitting any information to us through the IPF website, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, perform, transmit and distribute that information. You also agree that IPF is free to use for any purpose any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you submit to us through the IPF website.

Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. By using this site, you unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and all courts which have a jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
