1. Interview

The interview process is a chance to discuss your skills, technical knowledge and suitability for the position.  We are also keen to hear your questions and comments at this time.


2. Assessment

Psychometric assessments form part of our recruitment process.  An assessment includes timed ability components (numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning) and an unlimited personality questionnaire.


3. Screening

We use Employment Screening to ensure the quality and integrity of our recruitment process and confirm your availability for the role you are applying for.
